Privacy Policy
Last updated 26 September 2026 — how we handle the information you share with us.
Allegra Chamber Bali ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you inquire about booking us for your wedding or event, how we use it, and who we share it with.
Information We Collect
- Contact & partnership forms: your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, wedding date, venue or area, formation of interest, company/role (for planner inquiries), and any message you send us.
- Ceremony Music Planner download: your name and email, plus your wedding date and venue if you choose to add them.
- WhatsApp: if you message us via the "Check Your Date" button, your message is sent directly through WhatsApp — we only see what you choose to send.
- We do not collect payment information through this website.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiry, check availability, and send you a quote.
- If you download the Ceremony Music Planner, we may reply once by email about your wedding music. We do not send newsletters.
- To plan and coordinate your booking if you proceed — for example, sharing your wedding date, venue, and formation with our musicians.
- We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
Third-Party Services
- Web3Forms: our contact, partnership, and planner download forms are processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form delivery service, which forwards your submission to our email. See their privacy policy for how they handle data in transit.
- WhatsApp (Meta): messages sent via our WhatsApp link are handled according to WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not ours.
- Hosting: this website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages — standard server logs (e.g. IP address, browser type) may be retained briefly for security purposes. Domain registration, DNS, and email remain with Hostinger.
- Google Analytics (GA4): we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site — for example, which pages are viewed and how often the WhatsApp button is tapped. Google processes this usage data under its own privacy policy. We do not use any advertising or remarketing scripts.
- YouTube (Google): the video on our home page is embedded from YouTube. Its preview image loads from YouTube's servers, and the video itself only loads when you press play, in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Google's privacy policy applies to that playback.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets its own cookies (such as _ga) so it can count visits and tell returning visitors apart; Google states that Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. If you play the YouTube video, YouTube may also set cookies. We do not use cookies for advertising.
You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings — the site still works without them.
Data Retention
We keep your inquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and, if booked, to plan and deliver your event. After that, we delete or anonymise it unless we're required to keep it longer, for example for accounting records.
Your Rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've shared with us at any time by emailing us.
Children
Our services are intended for adults planning weddings and events — we don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
